Duplex Cottage - Kirtland Warbler
- The Duplexes-two buildings, each housing two cozy cottages. Duplex 1, The Finch, and The Wren and Duplex 2, The Kirtland Warbler and The Towhee. All four are airconditioned. Each cottage has a single bedroom with queen bed, comfortable living room which includes a daybed, and a small kitchen which has all your basic needs. A picnic table with umbrella, a 14' private boat with a private dock. Also, each cottage has its own BBQ grill and a couple of Adirondack chairs to relax in as you roast marshmallows over your own fire pit. Base price, 2 guest, is $995.00 (weekly, 7 days, 7 nights) $195.00 (daily with bed linens). Additional guest $15.00 per day each, up to 2 guest max. Firewood and supplies can be purchased locally, a comfortable 5-minute ride. Rentable boat motors when available. The Duplexes are available May thru October!

Very clean, cute, cozy place. Better than described. Right on the water. Fished off the dock and the boat provided. We will definitely be coming back.
