"What a great historic, charming cottage! We were able to spread out as a family of 4, enjoy common areas together and truly be comfortable. We were attending a wedding at the Waucoma Event Center, and enjoyed the close proximity. A great touch was the amount of coffee pods and having paper to go cups. As a coffee drinker who almost always has a to go cup, it was nice to not have to bring one, or buy one. We loved thiss VRBO and if we find our way back to NE Iowa, we would happily stay again."

It was equipped with everything I needed, and was a really cute space in a wonderful location along the river and overlooking the movie theater across the street. The directions for check-in and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The space was very usable, including closet space. I will definitely book this flat in the future!"
