Hawkesbury Heights Holidays from £1,024

Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were apologetic when we notified them but all we got told was the maintenance person knew about the tap, hopefully it gets tidied up. At first i tried to pass it off, we paid $300 for the room but after i have thought about it im pretty frustrated. The staff were lovely but the amenities were not great. Look elsewhere if you can.

Location is what Rydges has going for it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I had a stopover.

Lovely hotel, perfect location and would love to stay again! Would recommend paying extra for breakfast to be included, great value for money!
