the property has been kept very nice, neat and quiet. The building is spacious and room comfortable. Only thing I have a concern for breakfast included or not being ambiguous in Xpedia website. Need to be clear stated

Room smelled and looked clean. Heat/AC had green light on but did not actually turn on. Window was cracked open so once I got it to finally close (was really difficult to move) the room temperature was ok with the PTAC on for the rest of the night since outside temps were decent.
