Housed in a spacious and welcoming house, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Located just minutes from Épernay and the prestigious Champagne houses, this cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Champagne vineyards, wine cellars, and the rolling landscapes of the Marne. The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor: \- A large living room with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (bean-to-cup coffee machine, American-style refrigerator, etc.) \- A games room with table football and darts. \- A wellness area with a 7-person spa. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom. A separate toilet completes this level. On the second floor, you'll find a dormitory with five single beds and a cabin bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.
