Typical chalet of the Beaufortain on 2 levels, renovated in 2023, very pleasant to live.  
7 beds 3 double beds 1 single bed, 2 bathrooms including 1 with WC, 1 separate toilet.  
121m2 including 22 m2 under 1.80m  
  
You enter the chalet through the 1st level with:  
\- an entrance/ semi-covered terrace,   
\- a closed off entrance allowing direct access to a   
\- beautiful living space 50m2 very open decorated with a very beautiful contemporary wrought iron staircase with seating area (wood stove) and dining area  
\- a kitchen in light half lower level fully equipped with a central island (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette service).  
towel – 1 separate toilet – Upstairs, mezzanine + 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140 + bathroom  
\- 2 bedrooms on the same level (the 1st with 1 single bed and the 2nd with 1 double bed)  
– 1 bathroom with washing machine and towel dryer   
– 1 independent WC   
  
Upstairs on level 2   
\- a mezzanine reading corner   
\- 1 room with 2 beds 140 and   
\- an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.   
  
Private parking for 2 cars, snow cleared in winter, ski locker on the ground floor of the chalet.  
  
Remarks: additional charges (90€ per week from the beginning of November to the end of April). Cleaning for departure 160€. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
