Nous avions réservé avec enthousiasme un appartement pour nos vacances en famille, cependant, dès notre arrivée, nous avons été extrêmement déçus et préoccupés par la situation que nous avons rencontrée. Nous avons été confrontés à une multitude de problèmes, notamment : Odeur de brûlé persistante et inquiétude pour la sécurité : Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une odeur de brûlé préoccupante provenant de la hotte, qui a imprégné tous les tissus de l'appartement et nos vêtements. Cette odeur était également fortement présente dans les parties communes. Nous avons été obligés de vivre les fenêtres ouvertes pendant 2 jours. Cette situation nous a profondément inquiétés, d'autant plus que le détecteur incendie était absent, ce qui est une violation flagrante de la réglementation en vigueur et représente un risque sérieux pour notre sécurité et celle de nos enfants.
