For shared use: natural state property 600 m2. Tennis (2 x clay court). Private: garden 30 m2 (not fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Haus im Ennstal" 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Aicher Badesee" 4 km.
