Welcome to the luxurious 150 m² Superior Chalet, a perfect retreat for up to 10 guests. This spacious chalet features five elegantly designed bedrooms and five bathrooms, including four en suite. Enjoy ultimate relaxation in the bathroom with a Bali steam shower and sauna, or unwind in the bath with an additional shower. Conveniently, there's a separate toilet and hairdryers are provided. The chalet’s highlights include a private sauna and a 27°C warm pool on the terrace, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the alpine ambiance.   
  
With direct slope access and private wellness areas, you can also take advantage of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card (mid-May to early November) and dine at the kAlps Foodbar. The Schladming-Dachstein region offers a diverse range of activities year-round. In winter, explore family ski areas like Ski Fageralm and Ramsau, while summer invites you to scenic hikes, alpine lakes, and thrilling via ferratas. Join guided snowshoe hikes, alpaca walks, and more, with top events such as The Nightrace and Mid Europe enhancing your stay.

Das Haus war fantastisch. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, vier Kindern und einem Baby vor Ort. Gestört hat uns eigentlich gar nichts. Das Gepäck musste Berg hoch getragen werden, da kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus verfügbar war. Dafür war der Ausblick auf den Dachstein jedoch fantastisch. Küche, Sauna, Pool, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, alles tippitoppi Wir würden das Haus noch mal genauso buchen

Es war einfach perfekt!.netter Empfang, Wir hatten ein Haus für 10 Personen mit Sauna am Pool. Top modern, alles sauber. Zimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Die Badezimmer sind nur mit einer Milchglastür vom Schlafraum getrennt, also nicht ganz privat. Es gibt aber eine separate Toilette im Haus und eine Dusche in der Sauna. Die Lage - direkt an der Piste, besser gehts nicht. Skischuhwärmer im Haus und viel Platz im Wohnbereich - sehr zu empfehlen.

#### Hat alles gepasst! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Man kann ein wenig rumnörgeln: Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, viel Staub und Spinnweben, das müsste besser werden. Pool und Sauna waren prima. Lage ist in Ordnung, ist halt etwas abseits und am Hang, ohne Auto geht nicht viel. Das Restaurant vor Ort war leider nichts, die wirkten überfordert. Parkplätze gibt es glaube ich zu wenig, es war stellenweise alles zugeparkt, wenn dann auch morgens noch die Sauberkolonnen anrücken wurde es hier und da ziemlich eng. Schöner Blick von den meisten Häusern.
