About this property

Luxury chalet with pool and sauna by the ski lift

  • This modern, 120 m² Superior Chalet offers a comfortable retreat for up to 9 guests, with direct access to the mountains. From the two furnished balconies, you can enjoy stunning views of the Dachstein Mountains and the vast Enns Valley. In winter, you’ll benefit from direct ski-in/ski-out access, whilst in summer, hiking trails start right outside the chalet.

    Four cosy bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements: three with double beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. Three bathrooms have showers, whilst another has a bath. A private sauna is also available for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, crockery and cooking utensils, as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A small starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge, bin bags, a cleaning cloth and a tea towel is provided on arrival.

    Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV provide entertainment and connectivity. The Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included from mid-May to early November and offers additional benefits during your stay. The chalet thus combines alpine comfort, wellness and an excellent location for activities in every season.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großer Sauna und kleinem Outdoor -Pool. Toll, dass jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer ein eigenes, wenn auch kleines Bad hatte. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Haus top sauber in Empfang genommen. Auf Grund des Mietpreises allerdings auch ziemlich „strammes“ Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Haus war fantastisch. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, vier Kindern und einem Baby vor Ort. Gestört hat uns eigentlich gar nichts. Das Gepäck musste Berg hoch getragen werden, da kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus verfügbar war. Dafür war der Ausblick auf den Dachstein jedoch fantastisch. Küche, Sauna, Pool, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, alles tippitoppi Wir würden das Haus noch mal genauso buchen

Es war einfach perfekt!.netter Empfang, Wir hatten ein Haus für 10 Personen mit Sauna am Pool. Top modern, alles sauber. Zimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Die Badezimmer sind nur mit einer Milchglastür vom Schlafraum getrennt, also nicht ganz privat. Es gibt aber eine separate Toilette im Haus und eine Dusche in der Sauna. Die Lage - direkt an der Piste, besser gehts nicht. Skischuhwärmer im Haus und viel Platz im Wohnbereich - sehr zu empfehlen.

Hat alles gepasst! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Man kann ein wenig rumnörgeln: Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, viel Staub und Spinnweben, das müsste besser werden. Pool und Sauna waren prima. Lage ist in Ordnung, ist halt etwas abseits und am Hang, ohne Auto geht nicht viel. Das Restaurant vor Ort war leider nichts, die wirkten überfordert. Parkplätze gibt es glaube ich zu wenig, es war stellenweise alles zugeparkt, wenn dann auch morgens noch die Sauberkolonnen anrücken wurde es hier und da ziemlich eng. Schöner Blick von den meisten Häusern.
