Boligen har 3 store soverom og kan ved behov tilrettelegges for opptil 6 gjester + baby.  
  
Fast sengeplass til 6 gjester, med mulighet for ekstra soveplasser på reisesenger (med overmadrass). Reisesenger for baby med komplett utstyr er tilgjengelig (ikke inkludert dyne).

Sentrum kan nås til fots på ca. 5 minutter. Det er også rikelig med parkeringsmuligheter for de som kommer med bil.  
  
Gratis gateparkering er tilgjengelig fra kl. 17:00 til kl. 08:00 samt gratis hele helgen. Det finnes også betalingsparkering i nærområdet.  
  
I tillegg er det mulig å parkere gratis ca. 400 meter unna ved Skjoldavegen 34.
