We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

The location of the hotel is close to the train station and near many transit lines, and the core transit is free for tourists. You can walk to many sights, like Parliment Building. Other sights are accessible by streetcar or bus. The #12 bus to the Zentrum Paul Klee is like a sightseeing route up the hills. There are numerous cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note is the very small old cage-like elevator. The room has windows that open, however we did get a mosquito in our room and had to close the window. The breakfast buffet selections are pretty standard with choices of rolls, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, granola/cereal, and boiled egg (no hot options). There is a small grocery and a Starbucks very close.

No bar, clean room, but the air-conditioning in the room was not working properly. That made the room stay too warm during the night.
