KITCHEN / DINING AREA This home offers spacious areas, a fully equipped KITCHEN with modern amenities including induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a family meal for everybody with fresh local produce. Any evidence of guests bringing pets to the property will result in a charge of £500 Smoking Policy Please do not smoke in the house. If you are smoking outside the Cottage please do not leave your finished cigarettes outside. We operate a strict no-smoking policy. If this policy is broken, a £500 additional cleaning fee will be charged. Breakages We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it\`s minor we usually won\`t charge.
