Although both have been finished to the same high standard, each has it's own individual style. This combined booking option is ideal for small family groups or couples holidaying together. The larger property is 1 Church Cottages, an attractive semi-detached Victorian cottage with large open-plan sitting and dining room, a lovely kitchen with Aga, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage has a well-established, south-east facing garden perfect for outdoor entertaining with two seating areas, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Next door to the cottage is The Garden Room, a detached single-storey studio with large, bi-fold doors spanning the full length of the frontage. The property features a large open-plan living space with kitchen, dining, sitting and bedroom area, as well as a separate bathroom. Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, keeping the studio comfortably heated during the cooler months. Like its neighbour, The Garden Room has a generous outdoor area featuring a large, south-west facing patio terrace, plenty of seating and a hot tub. The two properties are separated by a tall wooden fence with lockable gate that can be opened to connect the two gardens and allow access between accommodation. 1 CHURCH COTTAGES Ground Floor: Kitchen With electric Aga, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table with bench seating. The two properties can be booked separately as 1 Church Cottages (sleeping four guests) and The Garden Room (sleeping two guests).
