On those down time days enjoy what the shops and restaurants have to offer. A Beautiful Cape Style Ranch. 3BR/2BA home in a quiet residential neighborhood situated at the end of a Cul-de sac. When you open the front door, you're welcomed to a spacious living area followed by the dining room and kitchen. A mounted TV to watch your favorite shows while on vacation. A bedroom with a king size bed is easily located off of the kitchen with a private bathroom, while the other bedrooms are located off of the dining room. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has bunk beds. Outside there is a spacious deck off of the dining room with outdoor furniture to eat BBQ from the grill. The beautiful backyard opens up to a fire pit and also has an outdoor shower for those hot days and coming back from the beach. Walking distance to Pleasant Bay and Wequassett Resort, many beaches close by. Short drive to downtown Chatham & Harwich for shopping on your downtime.
