"This is a timeshare property located right next to a bluegreen vacation resort (also timeshare). The property is well-located and has an indoor and outdoor pool, but it could use some sprucing up especially on the outside. There is no daily maid service, and only midweek towel replacements etc. No restaurant on premises but plenty nearby. The indoor pool is open off season with coded entry. "A bit chilly. I’ve stayed here every year for the past 10 years. The rooms have all be redone and are lovely and mostly comfortable. However, the days of the down comforter are over and the new coverlet & thin blanket made for a chilly night’s sleep. The bedding for the pullout couch was likewise sheets and a thin blanket. I didn’t bother with getting extra blankets from the front desk because it would’ve taken 2-3 for each of us. Next year, I’ll plan to bring a heavier blanket that can stand up...

"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
