Would have been nice to have an additional tv in at least one of bedrooms for the kids to use, and another chair in the living room where the only tv is. We had two adults and two kids and there’s really only comfortable seating for 3 around the tv/fireplace. Master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfy, kinda sunk into the bottom and middle but was okay for the few nights we were there. We didn’t try the sofa bed. The listing says sleeps 8 but there is no way 8 people could fit in this place, there was enough room for the four of us maybe 5\. The property is also on the backside of the building so you don’t have a clear mountain view your view is of the trees/houses/street behind and through the trees you can see mountain tops. Still a nice view but if seeing the mountains is important you won’t have a good view from here. They had all the amenities we needed in the bathroom and kitchen, extra pillows and blanket too. Netflix and Roku tv were provided along with free food Wi-Fi which was great for all of us. Everything was labelled clearly too so didn’t have any questions on how things worked or where things were. They also left us a nice Christmas treat basket which was much appreciated too! Location was nice as it’s easy access to both Banff and Canmore. ##### Jenny G. The first day we got there we arrived at shortly after 12:00 AM, and suddenly realized we had come one day early. Through the VRBO app, I contacted the owners of this place. Due to the time l, I expected they wouldn’t reply until morning. To my surprise, they replied within 1 minute. This is how it was throughout our stay.
