"The trip started very bad at the check-in, as there was missunderstanding about the SPA access. There is no SPA Access included on the price for hotel guests. You have to pay 35 Euros per Person if you wanna use the SPA. The front desk manager was very nice and she did everything possible to make us happy. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back again."

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you may need. The bathrooms were lovely and there were numerous outdoor spaces where you could enjoy the sun."

The house was near spotless, very well-equipped (including a fully functional kitchen and washing machine), and perfectly located in the heart of Soultz-Haut-Rhin. While there’s no dryer, the sunny weather and a laundromat just a 2-minute walk away made this no issue at all.The highlight for our family was the beautifully maintained garden, which the kids absolutely loved. Catherine was a warm and attentive host—always available if needed, but never overbearing. Check-in was seamless and stress-free.We truly felt at home and will certainly be back the next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Catherine, for a wonderful stay!"
