"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Gleich bei der Ankunft hatten wir hatten den ersten Schock bekommen. Der Fernseher war demoliert und auf dem Balkon lagen Kippenstummel auf dem Boden, die aus einem überfüllten Aschenbecher quollen. Sowie lauter Deckel von Schnapsflaschen. Unter einem der Betten haben sich riesige Staubflusen angesammelt, die verdeckten was sonst noch darunter lag, aber es sah aus als ob da noch eine Socke und ein Lutscher liegen würden. "This is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel staff are wonderful. Breakfast is a bit pricey but of high quality with excellent selections. The gym is clean, well equipped and well maintained. It could have a few more lower body weight machines, but for those preferring cardio and free weights it’s perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."
