Palm valley Inn you cant go wrong book!
Our stay was good its quiet the apartment clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay here and i will recommend friends my to book in here in the near future. Staff is friendly. The only thing that bordered me was the cleaner she knocks on the door as a rude person coming to complain i was surprised and if she sees that windows and curtains are not open yet she can think people are still sleeping really she disturbed our rest we came to rest.

Cait and Bill visit Haarties.
Delightful ladies on reception could not have been kinder when we needed a locksmith, a shuttle and documents scanned. They definitely went the extra mile. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we could ask for. We loved the self catering, access to fridge, kitchen and garden and the bed was extremely comfortable. DSTV and WIFI was a bonus. Haarties is a gorgeous place and everyone goes out of their way to be kind. We loved our visit.

The property is kept neat and clean Could do a bit of update of the furniture in the main seating areas. They also need to improve on their linen like provision of blankets etc.

Overnight stay with family
We enjoyed staying in this unexpectedly spacious apartment. There was plenty of room in the three bedrooms, which were minimalist and attractive. The location is good. With a young child we appreciated being so close to the Spur and Cableway. Perhaps a few rugs, potplants and thicker curtains could absorb the noise of the neighbours! The staff were friendly, and apart from the stove needing a little maintenance, we had a really good overnight stay.

Palm Valley experience with friends in December
Excellent. Wish they just change the bed in apartment 20 ( room facing the swimming pool). Bed squeaks when one turns or moves. It also sagging.

Terrible, horrible
Terrible place. No cleanliness. We were bitten by bed bugs. The refrigerator was filthy on check in. The towels weren't changed. No soap in bathroom. Room was poorly painted. Security was unprofessional. .. rather non existing. Some random person was appointed a security guard. Guests very noisy and unruly. No reception open after 4 or 5pm. No swimming pool existing. ... it's a little bigger than a bath tub. Felt very unsafe here. The parking lot was scattered with various pieces of junk. At 11pm there was no sign of the 'security guard '. Lies on the Internet. . No cycling or horse riding or boat rides on the property. All are more than 2km away. Terrible experience. I'll never trust these small businesses again. Stick to the big and trustworthy hotel groups. .

aircon not working in extreme temperature of 35 and over. After complaint, reception provided a fan. Other visitors extremely noisy and had no consideration for the rest of the guests

This is an odd little hotel. Very strange lobby and set up (frosted glass doors to each apartment unit so you never feel you have complete privacy. It wants to be a luxury hotel, but fixtures are very cheap. Still it was clean and staff were fine.
