Swimming and floating are a short distance away at the Buffalo National River along with numerous hiking trails in the area to explore. The cottage is spacious and has a large covered patio and an adjacent firepit to lounge around and enjoy the sunset over Gaither mountain. Located in a fantastic area for motorcyclists and has excellent dark skies for the star gazers! The location is country but has local restaurants nearby and a short distance to the services of Harrison. Super clean…everything looks like it’s a new property. The location was perfect…quiet and beautiful scenery, but central to hiking and fishing. Can be at a restaurant within 15-20 minutes. What a great getaway! We booked this adorable cottage as a place to stay after day hiking along the Buffalo River. It was an easy drive to local trailheads. This might have been the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. And I love the decorating style. It was the prefect end to our day to relax in total comfort or sit around the fire.
