This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner suite offers stunning views of Harrison Lake. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, AC, washer/dryer, and free garage parking. Sleeps up to 6 guests with two queen beds and a convertible sofa. Ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront. This space is great for a family, group of friends, or a work retreat. This condo has one of the best locations in the building and with its very own EV charger! On the east corner of the ground floor, the unit is directly across from the Rendall park beach, accessible from the patio door. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, and nearly every room boasts stunning views of Harrison Lake. The primary bedroom features a comfortable, new queen bed and an ensuite with a luxurious rainfall shower. The second bedroom, located across the hall from the second bathroom, also has a comfortable, new queen bed with crisp linens. A full size pullout couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space, perfect for two kids or one adult. Relax in the living room or on the extra-large corner deck while enjoying the picturesque views of Harrison Lake. For entertainment, a SMART TV with high-speed internet access is mounted above the fireplace. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park. Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
