They need to clean the rooms. They never came to clean or leave towels.

Although the outdoor heated pool was not open for swimming I was looking forward to the free breakfast. I had seen pictures and it looked nice with a wide variety of choices. The property is well manicured and the actual hotel is very clean and seemed newly renovated

Everything was very good except I wish the room had a small refrigerator.

Thank you for staying with us. Al of our rooms do have micro/fridge. The large wooden cabinet that the TV sits on has a door to the right side that houses the fridge. The micro is also on the shelf under the TV. I am so sorry you didn't see the fridge,most ppl ae curious and look.Anytime you are here again or at any hotel if you don't see something always call down to the front desk,I know our staff would happily answer your questions. We hope to see you again.
Very nice conveniently located place to stay. The free breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay again if ever I'm ever in the area again.

We travel from Louisiana and stayed here in Harriting Several times. This is the only time we encountered roaches in the room understand they hard to control sometimes. just thought it need to be addressed. still look forward to spending time at this Holiday Inn express in the near future.

The suite itself was roomy with wide spaces between beds and other furniture. Beds were more comfortable than others we have stayed in.
However the toilet was very low with no support bar to help lift you. There was no hot water when we arrived nor any hot water the next day. The kitchenette had a sink BUT no faucet so we had to get water from bathroom to cook food. The refrigerator would not get cold even after turning all the way up and only kept our food/drinks cool. The free breakfast had a lot of empty spaces with no replacement dishes being made. They had closed the indoor pool for the season so we couldn’t even relax with a swim.
I want to note that you have to crossed a two lane (each direction) highway and there is only a stop sign there, one of my traveling companions was involved and injured in a three car accident leaving hotel. There needs to be a stop light here.

I apologize for the issue with the water being cold ,One of the front desk staff would be happy to assist.regarding the faucets on the kitnette sink,they were removed as part of our upgoming room renovation. Indoor pool???we do not have an indoor pool. I really wish you had inquired about thes "issus:while her and our staff would have explained everything to you instead of waiting and giving us a low rating,any questions/issues we could have taken care off or answered for you except you thinking we had an indoor pool,don't know where that came from as its not on our website. Again, our apologies for your incoveniences.
Everything was okay expect the kitchen sink had no faucet and I had to wait for about 15 mins before attends came to the desk when I checked in, not sure if he was on break.

Everything about stay was exceptional from check-in to room quality to checkout. It was quiet and we felt very safe!

Was just in town to see and help my mother. The room was comfortable and clean. TV kinda small but overall I enjoyed my night. The best to best thing by far was breakfast in the morning.

Staff was very helpful with room accomadations, great variety for breakfast. Rooms and groiunds clean. Grandkids enjoyed the pool facilities.

I pre paid for bigger room and photos showed a separate sitting area with sofa. I paid extra money for this room type and they gave me regular 2 bed room. I could have went somewhere else for half the price for the room I ended up getting but paid much more for a regular room

Our IHG website for the Holiday Inn Express shows the correct room, the 3rd party you booked thru has the wrong picture. That is on the website for the 3rd part they control that aspect. Again I apologize for the confusion, if the charged and booked you for the wrong type of room you will need to contact them to get the difference returned,Again my apologies.
