Inside, the afternoon light floods the windows of this beautifully updated home. Guests will enjoy cooking and entertaining in the spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a center island, gas stove, double ovens, and a wet bar, then gathering around the large dining room table for a lobster feast. Relax in the living room accented by the warmth and comfort of the propane fireplace on chilly evenings or retreat to the ocean view deck to take in the sights and sounds of the shore. Off the dining room, you'll find a bedroom with a king bed and TV and on the other side of the home is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and ocean views, opening to a deck. The third bedroom offers one twin bed and one full bed. There are two full bathrooms, both beautifully renovated in 2025, offering tile showers and new vanities. Stackable laundry in closet to the right of the full bath. Outside, there is a spacious deck, yard, and access to the oceanfront via a ROW, just steps away, perfect for swimming, launching a kayak, or combing the beach for treasures. Located in a small oceanside neighborhood, you'll enjoy being "away from it all," while still being just a short drive from local restaurants and shops including Uncle Pete's Community Market, Dolphin Marina & Restaurant and Erica's Seafood, as well as the many restaurants and shops of Maine Street, Brunswick. This property was a terrific fit. The view of the ocean is fantastic, with a West facing sea view so sunsets are beautiful. The kitchen is updated with professionally serviced linens. A very clean and cared for property with public access to the ocean not far away. A terrific way to explore the Maine coast. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. The sunset views are lovely. The drawback is the intense sulphuric/rotten eggs smell from the water taps. The rental agent told us that the smell was very common in this area. We were aware that we needed bottled water for drinking and cooking, but we were distressed by the smell and water quality of the water available for showers and kitchen cleanup. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and enjoyed our time near the water. We loved walking our dogs every morning on the rocky beach just a few steps away with easy access. Don't miss Erica's Seafood for great lobster rolls and Pammy's ice cream parlor for a sweet treat! My one piece of advice is to use the GPS coordinates and not the actual address if you are using google maps to get there. We ended up on the wrong road and couldn't find the house before we checked in. Otherwise, everything was seamless and the house was comfortable and well appointed. ##### Regina W. The outside could have been cleaner as well as the dust dog hair and cobwebs . The couch needs to be professionally cleaned. The only problem was the check in information was incorrect and I ended up having to climb through an unlocked window to get inside. The directions indicated the key was under the mat….not. We enjoyed the fantastic views from the wall of windows in the kitchen and living room.
