We couldn’t cancel so we ate the cost but it was worth it to stay somewhere that looked clean and well kept. The pictures on the website are VERY misleading. There were roaches and ladybugs throughout the home, bacon grease all over the stove, unswept floors, and the fridge and microwave were dirty. The water pressure was also too low to take a proper shower. Additionally, the hot tub lid was off and the water level was low, green, and full of sand and leaves. The maintenance technician, came the next day to look at everything and ultimately determined the issues couldn’t be fixed during our stay. He helped move us to another rental."
