We were so impressed with the hotel location the facility considering the price is so affordable. The staff was really courageous, letting us store our luggage prior to checking in time and also help us with directions to the local area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit New York. (4,493 reviews) Room air condition sounded like a tractor but it did work. Room was nice otherwise and clean. The placating was because I asked the staff for spa recommendations in the area and the lady said I don’t know. And I asked her if she could ask someone who may be familiar she said she didn’t know anyone. Very young women, very disinterested in being helpful. However the male bartender was amazing at recommending local food, attractions and spa considering it was -11 degrees.
