LOCATION 📍

You're just minutes from Seneca Rocks (18), Dolly Sods Wilderness, Canaan Valley (20), Timberline Ski Resort (25), Blackwater Falls (35) and more! The home is centrally located between major attractions in the area. Prefer to stay put? Trails start right outside the back door, with wildlife sightings along the way.

BEDROOMS 🛌

Three spacious and themed bedrooms offer something for everyone! Each bedroom, with linens provided, has windows on at least 2 walls to welcome in that mountain breeze. USB wall outlets, ceiling fans, dressers, extra pillows and blankets are also provided for each room. Beds are equipped with new Nectar Hybrid mattresses.

The Ski Chalet is on the main floor with a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall featuring a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, Basecamp Bedroom has a queen bed and shares the upstairs bathroom, complete with a rain shower and bidet.

The Trailhead Bedroom offers a queen bed plus full-over-full bunk beds.

The Fly Fishing Loft rounds things out with a twin trundle bed and a desk with task lighting — ideal for remote work or extra sleeping space.

BATHROOMS 🛀

2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, are stocked with hair dryers, towels (face, hand and body), shampoo, conditioner and body wash (all vegan, cruelty-free and free of parabens and sulfates). Bathrooms are equipped with heaters as well for those snowy days, making the transition from the slopes to the steamy shower and then fireplace a little more relaxing.

KITCHEN 🍽️

The kitchen comes fully equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, full-sized fridge with ice maker, over 20 spices, fresh coffee (decaf and regular), coffee syrups, a variety of teas, everything you need for baking, EVOO, and more. Bar seating for 4 at the island, plus an 8-person vintage dining table for the full group.

LIVING ROOM 🛋️

The living room, with the wood burning stone fireplace, has a wraparound leather sofa that reclines and has both heat and massage capabilities. Firewood is provided at no additional cost. A flatscreen TV has been ergonomically mounted beside the fireplace for your relaxation and enjoyment.

LAUNDRY ROOM 🧺

A full-sized washer and dryer are available with EarthBreeze laundry detergent sheets in the separate laundry room. There is a drying rack, iron and ironing board and a ski boot and glove dryer.

Throughout the home you'll find high-quality solid wood furniture — much of it vintage — alongside a stone wood-burning fireplace, games and books for all ages, and everything needed for littles 👶 pack 'n play, baby bathtub, booster seat, toddler toilet seat attachment, step stool, books, games, and toddler plates, bowls and utensils.

OUTDOORS 🌲

The expansive front covered porch offers endless opportunities to watch or listen to wildlife on one of the rocking chairs. A Weber charcoal grill is the perfect spot to whip up a yummy meal after a day of adventure.

And with not a neighbor in sight, just wait until you see the stars at night! Enjoy traversing through the wooded mountainside on the cabin's 14 acres.

ACCESSIBILITY 🦾

Since the cabin sits on a mountainside, expect some hills and steep terrain around the property. The good news: the parking area is flat and easy to navigate. From there, you’ll climb a set of stone steps and a flight of stairs up to the porch and front door. See photos.
