Hardwick Holidays from £456

This was our third stay here and it didn't feel as good this time. Room was nice but would have benefited from a deep clean. Pool is great but jacuzzi was out of order and every time we collected a pool key card it didn't work and we had to traipse back to reception. Breakfast options are good, but things ran out and were slow to be replenished, only one coffee machine was working so a big queue, and our table wasn't cleared in the whole time we sat there. Location is helpful as there is parking and then various bus services into the city, or it's a nice walk along the river. Staff very friendly but alot of them were new and unsure of how to do things.

Nice hotel, reception weren't particularly friendly. Glasses left on the table in the bar to hough the jazz was good. Breakfast and staff there were excellent.

Love this hotel! Only one tiny complaint, the room we had — the one bedroom family suite— had a strange layout and the main bedroom was so tiny you could barely get around the bed. All of the other rooms we have had have been fantastic, just won’t stay in that one again

Room was super hot, A/C was not functioning. Staff promised to bring a fan but it never came. Toilet seat was broken. Overall middling experience.
