Cozy Apartment in Hardwick Village (3B)
Fully equipped and furnished two-bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, high ceilings and mid-century modern decor for short- and medium-term rental in the quaint village of Hardwick, Vermont. The rental apartment is in a recently renovated 1895 historic building with a full kitchen and dining/living area. Large bay windows offer lovely views of the Lamoille River. A park with trees, perennials and seating sits adjacent to the building.
The apartment is only a few steps from several popular restaurants. A gym is located a block away. A food co-op with local and home-grown products along with a more traditional grocery store are within easy walking distance. Small food producers, such as the Cellars at Jasper Hill cheeses, Vermont Soy products, Pete's Greens, High Mowing Seeds, and the Vermont Food Venture Center cluster in and around the town.

We were looking for a place to stay close to Hill Farmstead and this was the perfect option. It was clean, the building was unique and the town was fantastic. We will stay here again!
This was a very pleasant stay in a great location within Hardwick. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and the area was incredibly safe. The street traffic can get to be somewhat noisy, but that’s to be expected for the intersection outside, but nothing TV or some music can’t drown out.
We tremendously enjoyed our stay. The apartment was large enough to accommodate two couples traveling together. The location in downtown Hardwick was fantastic - easy walk to the rail trail or nature trails, several good restaurants, diner, coffee shop, and co-op food market. Easy drive to Stowe and other destinations in the Northeast Kingdom. Will stay here again!
Spacious, thoughtful two-bedroom layout that was a comfortable home away from home for four days. The well-stocked kitchen and included washer/dryer were essential while traveling with our five-month-old. And the apartment’s central location made it easy to walk to all of Hardwick’s core offerings. We really enjoyed our stay!
This was our first vrbo outing but if all properties are like this, it won't be our last. The apt was clean and comfortable and, except for the temps, made our visit very enjoyable. Thanks C for an excellent option in Hardwick
Comfortable, clean and stylish with attention to detail in a very cool building with all the amenities and in walking distance to everything!! Lovely and available host. Just perfect!
The property was great! Had all the things we needed for our three week visit. The host was easy to communicate prior to our visit. Upon arriving the host made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. The location was in a perfect spot for food and activities. The experience was so positive we are planning a return visit.
We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s building. The in town location was so convenient (croissants, lattes and a pizza place right downstairs!) and the apartment is beautiful. The wood work even coming through the building is lovely (rare for apartment buildings I’ve been in!) and the outside area out back has really grown in beauty (great work, Claudia!). We are excited to come back for our next visit :)
Exceeded our expectations. The apartment was so quaint and cozy and had everything we would ever need. Great location for everything we had on our to do list which was look at the fall foliage, seek out covered bridges and just feel what Vermont is like in the fall. Claudia called in and checked on us before our arrival and made it known that if we needed anything she was just a call away. Would love to stay again!
It was a great apartment - very stylish. This was conveniently located to what downtown Hardwick has to offer - cool cafe, bar and pizza joint, Chinese restaurant, and local Co-op. More than I could take advantage of when we spent our days skiing at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.
Comfortably, quiet, well equipped location for a week long work visit to Hardwick. Very easy check in and out. Steps away from everything I needed. Would gladly stay here again!
Stayed for a long weekend. Apartment was clean and spacious for myself, my partner, and our dog. Great location right in the middle of town. Claudia was attentive and provided lots of pointers on local hikes and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Claudia’s apartment was clean, comfortable, and a short drive to Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Hill Farmstead Brewery, and Willey’s General Store! Hardwick has excellent food options, a delightful indie bookstore, & a good coffee shop. The apartment is well stocked for cooking too. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy apartment. Plenty of room, comfortable and safe. Our host was friendly and helpful.
With two restaurants and a coffee shop within 2 minute walk, and groceries (at the co-op) less than 5 minute walk, we had everything we needed.
Staying in Hardwick was excellent. The apartment and the location could not be better. Restaurants with delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were a few feet away. Also, the place is near several points of interest. I really recommend it.
Loved the apartment- conveniently located among a charming little neighborhood of cafes and restaurants. Claudia was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Recommended!👍🏻👍🏻🙂
The apartment was lovely, beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches, and Claudia was very quick to respond to any questions. The building is right on the main street so restaurants and services are just steps away. It's a fairly busy street, but being on the third floor and at the back of the building meant that any outside sounds were well muted, and the interior was very quiet. I would happily stay there again.
