Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

Honestly this place is a hidden gem, from the moment I check in, to check out there was nothing I could complain about. Beds comfy, area was a perfect walk to all transport and bars. I didn’t try breakfast, but I will definitely be booking here again!

Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. I did not receive any VIP benefits such as a room upgrade or similar perks. As an Expedia Gold Member, I was expecting at least one VIP offer from the hotel, but no benefits were provided at all. The only thing I received was early check-in Additionally, the hotel did not provide slippers in the room. For a hotel of this quality, I consider this a significant downside, as even basic amenities like slippers are expected.

![Landstuhl's Bismarck Tower stands on a hill on the opposite side of the valley from the castle. If you can, climb the stairs to the top of the tower cuz the view is phenomenal. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!
