Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. The room was filled with flies and they gave us a fly swatter to take care of the problem ourselves. The staff was not helpful or did not seem to care about the condition of our room.

RAT HOLE in Hardin Montana
Mattress was covered in brown stains, bed covering stained. The room was nasty, walls were stained. Sink counter was not cleaned. Toilet flushing mechanism was broken. Refrigerator was old, no racks to place drinks on, needed defrosting. Air conditioner filter covered in dust, room smelled like cigaret smoke. Broken down truck sitting on trailer outside of room door, had someone living in it. Trash was all around the truck. No other motel rooms available in area for the night or would have left. Went to family dollar and spent 20$ on cleaning wipes and Lysol spray. Hope did not get bed bugs! The cleaning person left envelope for tip because she had cleaned the room so well. Bottom of feet black from walking on floor after taking a bath. Had to use towel on floor to wipe feet before getting in bed. This place needs to be shut down. Can believe Wyndham actually put their name on this place. Recommend anyone traveling pass on by and stay in Billings. RAT HOLE!!!

Hated this property. It smelled, the room was uncomfortable, the facility was crappy - especially for the price. Would recommend that no one stay here... ever. Needs renovated If they are going to have the nerve to charge IHG (Holiday Inn) prices. So disappointed and unhappy with this decision.

Was very easy to find & well lit area. Did have quite a few flies in the room when we got there but had a fly swatter hanging on the wall to get rid of them. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work. Was a good room for a one night stay.

Totally Disappointed
Totally disappointing experience for the way the property was advertised, bed so noisy could not stand and had to fix myself, tile floor cracked in bath pinched my foot causing blood blister. No desk in room and very small room, no breakfast or even coffee as advertised, pool and other amenities closed or not functional. Bathroom water faucets nearly impossible to use as so tight to turn on and takes 5 minutes to receive hot water. 1 star / would have to pay me to stay here again !!

AVOID!!
Staff was rude, property was very run down, room was filthy with hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. As soon as we walked into the room, we noticed a fly swatter hanging on the wall, and in just a few seconds we figured out why, swarms of flies were everywhere in the room. Also noted was a disconnected smoke detector, no covers on the light fixtures, large gaps in the front door, and a loose headboard that could have fallen while sleeping. Not to mention, this room was 140 a night, with nothing but a couple of restaurants around, that either weren’t open or closed at 5. Do yourself a favor, and stay ANYWHERE but Hardin Montana, at the Super 8.

Room was full of flies. At least 12-15 of them. Killed them all myself, which took most of the evening. Mentioned this to the hotel staff but nothing was done. Didn’t even offer to take a bit off my rate, which was higher than it should have been to begin with.

The gentleman at the front desk was a lovely, helpful man. As was the housekeeping manager. The property itself is in terrible repair. Stained towels, dead flies on the window ledge, no toilet seat cover, leaking refrigerator…

Room 1 - As soon as we walked into the room, my sister had an allergic reaction to something in the room so we went to the front desk and explained the issue. We got a new room Room 2 - no smoke detector in the room and my sister is still having issues even with meds so we went to the front office to check out. The employee didn’t know how to check us out early and he was fully aware of the medical issues. He said he would call his boss. While standing there waiting, he gave out the first room we were in 45 minutes ago. The room was marked unclean but stated housekeeping must have forgotten to uncheck it. I then messaged Hotels.com about the issue for a refund and I was told the hotel denied my request for a refund and nothing they could do for me, so I’m out the money for that room.

The staff made us feel very welcome. I wasn't sure at first because of the casino next door sharing the parking lot. The fan in the air conditioning unit rattled every time it came on and the tub didn't look very clean, but allin all it was a pleasant stay.
