Amazing place and great price! I got a room with an amazing view of the city and it was really nice. I’m def putting this one on my list to stay at again when I’m in ATL!

The room was clean and decorated lovely. The amenities in the room were exactly what we needed. They even provided a razor which we had forgot. The robes were comfy to use after a hot shower and made relaxing much easier. Jamal was the concierge that greeted us and was an absolute delight. He made sure to greet us when we came back into the hotel whenever he saw us.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beautiful outdoor seating area was a bonus and very enjoyable in the mornings while drinking my coffee. We did not have to park a vehicle, but I can see where that would have been a challenge. Overall, a great property and a good location.

Staff were overall helpful and the valet was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was as advertised and clean. I was disappointed there was not some sort of complimentary margarita mix and alcohol in the room. Not a lot but enough to make one drink since there was a blender in the room. I did not appreciate that pressure to sign up for the owners tour. Although the gesture of the free items was nice. The simple no we provided should have been enough. Instead we were forced into it and had to provide a card to which they charged $60. We had to wake up early and go to cancel the appointment. We are still waiting on our money back they promised. The attached margaritaville restaurant was clean. But the host wanted nothing to do with us, I had to ask for another glass with salt on the rim since mine did not have it, nor was I asked if I wanted it or not. I think the price for the food was a big excessive for what it was. But to be expected because you’re paying “for the name”. Overall the experience was not bad but it did not entice me to come back anytime soon or even think about being a part owner.
