저렴한 가격대비 참 괜찮았던 호텔!

서양인들이 많이 묵던 호텔이고, 정말 저렴하게 조식포함으로 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 위치가 찾기에 처음엔 헷갈렸는데.. 그래도 호텔이 호안끼엠 바로 근처여서 이곳저곳 이동이 참 편했어요. 이만한 가격에 참 괜찮은 곳이었어요!

여기 가지마세요..ㅜㅜ 주인이 바꿨는지 호텔 이름도 바뀌고 평 좋아서 찾아 갔는데 조식도 별로고 청결 상태도 진짜 안좋았어요..침구에 머리카락도 그대로 있고 바닥도 더럽고..ㅜㅜ직원들도 짐 옮겨주시는분 빼고 다 불친절 했어요...다음에 베트남가게되면 다신 이 숙소에 머물고 싶지 않아요 들어가자마자 예약한거 후회함..ㅜ진짜 사기 당한기분..

Heart of Hanoi

Hotel was satisfactory, room had no window to outside just a wall with a poster on it. Breakfast, which is included, was ok a plate of cold bacon, but lots of choice otherwise. Staff friendly

위치 좋고 조식 괜찮고 직원 친절하였지만 침대가 불편해서 잠을 푹 못잤어요. 또 직원을 통해 하롱베이 당일투어 예약해서 다녀왔는데 아주 후졌습니다.

구시가지 중심에 있어 숙박을 했는데 사진보다 안좋네요...

호안끼엠 주변에 저렴한 작은 호텔들이 많지만 위치상 좋은 것 같아 예약을 했는데 실제 가보니 화장실이나 이런게 청결하지 않네요... 가격을 보면 1박에 5만원 가까운 돈인데 우리나라 모텔보다도 못합니다. 우리나라도 수도권 벗어나면 그가격이면 시설 괜찮은 모텔 많은데 그것보다 훨씬 못하네요 이 가격이 베트남 물가로 치면 싼 가격이 아닌데도 별로 좋지 않네요 화장실에서 냄새랑 침구류도 얇고 히터에서는 찬바람만 나오고... 저녁에 춥게 지냈네요... 창문도 없어 환기도 안되고... 침대 머리맡에는 먼지가 가득하고... 저렴한 호텔이라 시설적인 부분은 어느정도 감수하고 갔었지만 생각보다 실망이었네요... 시설이 조금 나쁜건 이해할 수 있는데 청결하지 못한건 불만이네요...

A very small normal hotel, good enough to sleep in

Experience was ok, the staff was helpful in our requests. The room was not maintained as well as it should be, some wood planks were coming off on the floor, the bathroom was slightly dirty, but nothing water couldnt wash away. The internet access was good, the location was good since it was in the middle of the Old Quarters. Can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't have our breakfast there and chose to eat outside. Overall, stay was quite ok. We didn't expect a Sofitel like stay for the amount we paid. So, yeah. It's ok

Ok for one night

Arrived to find boxers in the trash and dirty tissues on the bathroom counter. Black stain... maybe mold on the wall of the room and what looked like areas that have recently been patched but not yet repainted. Beds seemed clean enough. Down a dark ally but overall good location, close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Was only there for one night, about 10 hours and that was long enough.

Très bon emplacement

L’hôtel est super bien placé, l'homme au lunette noire à l’accueil qui parle très bien anglais est très compétent. Évitez de prendre des chambres avec fenêtres car c'est très bruyant dans la rue et l'isolation phonique au vietnam n'existe pas. Plus vous êtes haut dans l’hôtel, mieux c'est .

최고의 위치와 비교적 잘 관리되어 있던 방. 친절한 직원분들... 첫 번째 하노이 방문이었는데, 다른 분들의 좋은 후기를 보고 이 호텔을 결정했는데 가격 대비 무척 만족스럽습니다. 호수 주변 중심지에서 가까우면서도 골목안쪽에 위치해서 저녁이나 아침 소음이 거의 없습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 다음 번에 또 하노이를 방문한다면 재예약할 의사 있습니다.

Excellent hotel near to good amenities and food

Location just in front of park 23/9 which also has food stalls of various countries. Walking distance to market and convenient to catch the airport shuttle which on the route of the bus. At the moment there is a Korean trade exhibition at the park.

値段が安かったので、訳ありなのかなと思っていましたが、部屋もサービスもよかったのでまたハノイに行くときはぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

Emplacement idéal

8 jours dans cet hôtel au coeur des 36 corporations à 2 pas du lac Hoan Kiem bref un emplacement au top ! Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est correct sucré salé et le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable. La chambre est tout à fait correcte, propre avec une salle de bain très spacieuse. Hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.
