"Amazing staff and service! I feel almost bad saying it because the location and staff are so great, although the rooms are very clean they are a little small and bit dated. If you need space choose a room category that is larger. Would I stay here again? Definitely!"

We swapped to this hotel after staying in old quarter for a couple of nights, went elsewhere and wanted to stay elsewhere when back to Hanoi, as Old Quarter was a bit too intense and room size not great.
