Staff were helpful and place was clean. Nice quiet room as it is located on an alley. Beds, like all over Asia were hard but like I said, that. Seems to be the case all over Asia. Nice location. Very walkable.

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
The staff were very friendly, especially Jacob and the rest of the reception team. Very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and the room was of a high standard and very clean also.
