The place has food and coffee shops, souvenir stores and some photo booths. There's also a free sky walk space. The fee maybe a bit high, but the place is definitely one to visit in Hanoi

Rooms are clean, right at the centre of city. The staffs are very friendly and services are excellent, the breakfast buffet is excellent, good foods and the dinning area is neat and clean. Gym is poor not enough equipments. Overall is 9/10.
