"Overall my stay was good. The staff were polite, the faculty were clean and in good condition, and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I had an early flight at 7am and arranged a 5am pick. I was waited ovy15min. which already made me worried about missing my flight. Because I was in a rush, I paid what I was told and left.
