No hot drink facilities in room. Specific room request was actioned. Bed/pillows were comfy and room a good temperature. Room was clean and comfortable, once I was actually given a room that had been made up and not used. The bathrooms are in a dire need of an upgrade, the showers are tiny, and should be thermostatic, as it went from boiling hot to freezing in seconds.
