Good price room with great location!

Overall quite satisfactory for the price paid. The staff was friendly, helpful. They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake.

Not a Hotel! It is service apartments, some Privat

Check-in is on the 7 th Floor of Block A. You cannot use the lift unless the Security Guard uses his key card. I arrived late at night and the Guard did not give you a welcome! SAD! The 15 minute walk to West lake is right where the Musical Fountain show is staged. 7 pm and 8 pm. Stay for both shows! There is a 24 hr. small provision shop on the ground floor. You can buy your essentials including water that is not given in your room. Room was nice but

地図が違っています。現地語での住所がないとたどり着けません。

エクスペディアの地図は正しい位置ではありません。「岳王路の東方金座」とタクシーの運転手に伝えないとたどりつけません。地下鉄駅「龙翔桥站」から10分は歩きます。 ７階の受付も、学生スタッフのような人たちがやっており、雑然としています。部屋にもチェーンがなく、安全性に問題があります。 また、人民元への換金も隣のホテルでもできないので、延安路の中国銀行で換金しました（平日９～１７時と土曜の午前中は確実に開いてます。）。 アパートメント方式とあり、パナソニックの洗濯機はありましたが、ソニーのテレビは見られませんでした。レンジもついていましたが、使ってないのでわかりません。ドライヤーは中国メーカーで時々とまりました。食器やフキン、包丁などは別料金になります。 おすすめしません。

호텔은 깔끔하나 찾아가기까지가 힘듦

영문호텔주소와 호텔명을 보고 찾아가기에 다소 불편했음. 오히려 중국어로된 호텔명칭(東方金座)이었다면 훨씬 찾기가 수월했을 것 같음. 전철역에서 택시타기엔 가깝고 걷기엔 무더운 날이라면 약간 힘들만한 거리임. 구글맵에서 주소로 찾기와 호텔 지도 찾기로 찾을 때 위치가 서로 상이함.

Bin insgesamt zufrieden

Westlake in ca. 15-20 Min. Gehweg zu erreichen. Appartement war ok für den Preis. Die Matratze finde ich persönlich zu hart.

Clean ans Simple room with good location.

It is in the core of Hangzhou. 7 minutes walk to the Westlake. Closed to all traditional restaurants. Very good location. Simple and clean room.

不错的酒店

酒店位置不错，从西湖走过去大概15分钟，酒店下面就是吴山夜市，离地铁站不远，公交站也近，去银泰走过去大概也就15分钟，周边很方便。入住那天还帮我们将豪华房免费升级成套房了，房间很干净很大，东西也齐全，网速棒棒哒。整体很满意，以后还会选择这家。

フロントはわかりづらい７階にある。エレベーターカードがないと上に上がれない為、1階の受付でその旨を伝えなければならない。更にそのスタッフ達は英語、日本語共に苦手である。 シーフーチーホーと言えば案内してくれる。

Average hotel in a good location

As reported by others one has to be aware that the reception is on 7th floor in building A (on your right hand when facing the buildings). The staff were friendly, but with poor knowledge of English.(Luckily I know some Mandarin). My room 2309 was OK, spacious and clean. A functioning washing machine, that I used twice (only cold water). To take a shower, you have to turn on the water heater 30 minutes beforehand. No problem for Chinese, who usulally take shower in the evening. Western people usually take a shower in the morning, then it is more inconvenient. I tried the breakfast once - but found better options in the neighbourhood. All in all an average hotel, in a good location. Still good value for money.

Hotel room at high floor (above 20) with good city view and away from busy & noisy main road. Price is reasonable on weekday. Location is convenient and Wishan night market street is just in front of the hotel.

出乎意料的好

老實說,入住前有點擔心公寓衛生問題,因預訂時看了些不太好的評論,但事實係房間整體比想像中好.首先公寓距離西湖只有15分鐘路程,樓下對出晚上就是吳山夜市,附近多是民居,早上出門轉左可以找到便宜的早餐,另外，公寓辦公室在A726室,員工態度不算熱情,但貼心,知道我們有老人同住,沒有給我們有吊床的家庭房,換了加大床的三人家庭房,里面有一張雙人床,一張三人床,入門那一刻真的給震了一下...除此之外還有張有點舊的梳化以及幾個大衣櫃,小廚房沒什麼廚具,但浴室有洗衣機可用,可惜只住了一晚,但下次再來一定會選這一間.

地圖上顯示出來的位置離實際位置很遠，方向也錯，導致找了很久才找到，樓下晚上有夜市逛，但是都很臭，很多地方都有人隨地小便，很臭，不建議住這裡，環境不是很好

除地點好外 其他都不推薦

第一晚入住套房 房間破舊燈光昏暗 價格高還比第二晚的豪華客房差 客房沒什麼服務 需要東西都要自己到櫃檯拿和歸還 出入的人多複雜 安全性不佳 但地點很好步行可達西湖 是唯一優點

fair enough, good location but the hotel a bit old

the reception located on the 7th floor, we stayed in the family apartment. the staff hardly can speak english so it would be challenging for english-speaking guest, they are friendly enough if you could understand mandarin. it was a raining day and the staff helped to ordered for taxi cause it is not a hotel taxi would normally come in as they don't have a proper concierge on the ground floor. the room is fair, bathroom is clean enough, water heater was functioning and there are light warmer inside, but the beds are old.
