Front desk spent some extra time being confused by my documents but situation was quickly resolved. No big deal given that all of them were interns. Room was clean and on the top floor with lounge access to fruits and some fancy delicacies. The included breakfast had excellent choices though the table cleanliness can be improved. In-room safe has atypical locking and unlocking design so be patient with that. Front desk was friendly and helpful in accommodating late checkout, getting taxi, and providing general directions. The only complaint is that the room AC didn't have any cooling effect when set to cool. Given the humidity, it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Learned in the next morning that the building AC is typically turned off at some point in the night for the season to conserve energy which I understand.
