"All of the above...clean room, friendly staff always ready to greet you and offer help, breakfast was great with a large assortment of items including the hot items and parking was a breeze....right there in front with handicap spots. The location was great also. Right behind Main Street and easy accessibility to nearby locations."

"The size of the home was perfect for my family. Our needs were easily met and communication with the host was easy peasy. Any questions I had were addressed promptly.The only recommendations I have are to make the driveway a little easier to find as you drive up to the home, maybe with path lights or a bit of a clearer entryway, since most who rent are not familiar with the area. Because of the remote surroundings, there are no street lights, so the driveway can easily be passed up. Inside the home, several of she cooking pots, pans and trays can be replaced as well.Overall, our stay was very comfortable, especially the beds! After a long day of baseball (we were visiting the area for my son’s tournament), coming back to rest was definitely something to look forward to!All in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"Margaret was an amazing host! We had five people staying here for the Cooperstown 12U tournament, and the location was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space was just the right size for our group. Everything worked out perfectly, and it was definitely worth the price. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house is clean and comfortable. ASV is 10 minutes away, with a Walmart in between. The house has a wagon and coolers which came in handy. The property is beautiful. We saw the cutest otter which we're not used to seeing in our backyard!! At night, we gazed up at the stars and the boys were amazed at how many more stars are visible at night!"

"My son’s team played at All Star Village in July and this was the perfect house for our family. We had four adults, two teens and a 7 year old. It felt nice not to be stuck in a hotel for the week. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast, came home between games to swim and have lunch, and ate dinner at home when the schedule allowed. We were also able to host the team and families for a party, we catered Brooks BBQ and the boys came over for a couple hours to swim, play basketball and wiffleball in the spacious yard. Marie and Craig were super accommodating when planning this, they allowed teammates parents to park in their driveway. It was also a perk to have laundry at the house. My son is very picky about his uniforms and hates them in the dryer. So he was able to give them to me on a rotating basis and I washed them at the house hung them to dry and would give back to him. It worked really well. When we were there the washer was not working well and Marie had it replaced within a few hours. She was an exceptional host. We even locked ourselves out (forgot how to work the front door) and she came over with keys to let us in. The drive to allstar village was about 15 minutes, and about 7 minutes to the hotels where the other families stayed. I did not envy them for having to eat out or order take out to the hotel for the week. If you are going to All Star village and want to stay in a house, I 100 percent recommend this very clean, and affordable option with a pool, especially if traveling with grandparents and siblings."

"Very much enjoyed our stay and was exactly what I was looking for. Actually exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean and comfortable. Todd was was friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. After being in Cooperstown All Star Village watching baseball all day it was nice to come back to a peaceful and relaxing environment. Grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend.John"
