"My husband and I love Haena and Tunnels Beaches. This house was on our list to try because it was within walking distance to Tunnels. It did not disappoint! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. I loved sitting on the deck hearing the beautiful bird sounds. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Judie's place is stunning and the only mistake we made was not booking a longer stay! I want to go back next year. I'd rate this higher than five stars if i could. Thank you Judie! "

"I really fell for this place! It’s rustic and quaint and a little rough around the edges in a way that gives it a quirky charm that is uniquely its own. My best photos from my trip were all taken at the hotel on their insanely beautiful beach that honestly feels like a private beach. I began every morning sitting under the stars watching the sun come up. Tunnel beach is walkable from the hotel and has a STUNNING sunset. It’s removed from the town in a way that makes it feel remote, but is close enough to get into town to shop or eat. I will miss this place a lot and will absolutely be back. We left this morning for Maui where we’re staying at a resort that is three times the price and we’d SO much rather be back at Hanalei Colony Resort. "

"Cozy, clean, light, well-stocked home at end of cul-de-sac. Appreciated the neighborhood vibe, proximity to beautiful beach and sublime hikes, and thoughtful management from Sophia. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great for accessing beaches and a short drive to town (a car is a must). The beach towels and beach chairs were very helpful. The noise of the dogs and roosters are significant but the white noise machine and air conditioner noise are helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. "

"Nice unit with an ocean view. Very close to Tunnels Beach where you can walk thru a cave. The restaurant onsite is not operational, but you can get coffee in the morning. (Our unit did not come with a starter supply of coffee as promised).Our favorite thing during our stormy stay was the pool and hot tub. The pool temperature was divine! So warm and amazing. We all loved it. FYI there are stairs to the unit. We appreciated the fans available for white noise as the rain was LOUD. "
