My wife and I spent two nights at Langley Castle and enjoyed our stay. We particularly enjoyed the scenery of the castle; the included breakfast; and the friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting Hadrian's Wall sites, but is somewhat isolated so you would really need to have a vehicle to stay at Langley Castle. I enjoyed walking the trails around and just off the property. The only complaint I had was that the rooms were a bit stuffy and the air conditioning

So friendly and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful with great views. Food is good too and a must for a relaxing weekend .

First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! In fact, encounters with the staff from bartender, restaurant and housekeeping were all friendly, engaging, and positive. The location was serene and relaxing with incredible 360-degree views of mountains and pastures! Inside, there were several cozy areas to relax and unwind. I would also recommend booking a dinner reservation for fine dining as the food was incredible (2AA Rosette) and the ambience as well, with large windows to enjoy the surroundings!
