  • Special rates for the month of August, as the calendar opened last minute. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your beautiful new penthouse condo and spacious oceanfront deck! This bright and beautiful one-bedroom top-floor unit features hardwood floors throughout, a granite kitchen, tiled walk-in shower, master bedroom with built-ins, queen bed, flat-panel TV with cable, in-unit washer/dryer, and elevator access. Your piece of oceanfront on one of the cleanest beaches on the East Coast.
    I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.

    A list of other, common sense stuff:
    - Try to limit the amount of beach sand tracked in
    - No smoking inside please
    - No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
    - Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
    - Do not damage the property or it`s contents
