  • This spacious centrally located brand new renovated Hampton's house is the perfect home base for your trip to the Hampton's. Guests enjoy a fabulous one-bedroom retreat with a full bathroom. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you want to relax or freshen up, you’ll find everything you need, including a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens. This delightful house offers a simple, inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. You have access to a private green space, with kayaking, and private beach.
    You are sharing this house with one young female in her 30s, who works in Montauk and is rarely there, and has no guests. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
