My family enjoyed staying at this lovely property. The backyard was especially great! My kids splashed in the heated pool and jumped on the trampoline every day! The location was ideal and very close to the beach. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect and having the heated pool was great for the kids. The house was so convenient to the beaches is Hampton Bays and to get into Southampton. The neighborhood is quiet, which was nice with kids. Hampton Bays is very underrated, we had great food and loved the beaches. The owners were amazing. Very responsive and helpful!

#### Hampton bays house

We went to Long Island for an event and this house provided us with a very comfortable place to stay! The house was clean and well supplied; the deck and yard lovely and provided nice privacy. There is a pool which is quite nice but we did not use it. We highly recommend this rental!
