Landscaped grounds with perennial plantings. Very quiet and serene. Protected, bulkheaded waterfront with pier, plus small, sandy beach. Sweeping Shinnecock Bay views and breezes.
Prime south of highway location: convenient to ocean beaches & Shinnecock Inlet, clam/mussel beds.
Looking for mature, responsible tenant for the Summer Season, and possible long-term situation. References required.
