As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the open layout and plenty of natural light. The open living spaces are perfect for relaxing and spending time with your loved ones. The wrap-around kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, and the dining room features a large table that seats 8\. The living room is the perfect place to unwind with a big screen TV and access to the deck. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer in the home as well. Moving outside, you'll find a beautiful array of amenities to enjoy. Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. We have booked with StayMarquis before but this property for the 1st time without any reviews so were a bit cautious. However, the photos appeared great and given the unbeatable location at Hampton Bays (we've stayed around this area before so were quite familiar) (close to Hwy 27), with great restaurants (dinner @ Cowfish, Edgewater, brunch @ Hampton's Maid) and supermarket (Stop&Shop) at its vicinity, our family of 4 went ahead and stayed here on the July 4th long weekend. It exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and the amenities were as described. The pool was big and great for both kids and doing laps. There's even a small gym in the basement with adjustable weights to fit in a workout. The master bedroom is massive with an amazing jacuzzi and shower. Not to mention a sauna outside. There's a small play space for kids. Overall, very well maintained and conditioned. The StayMarquis person was super responsive for any issues that arose. They even gave us complimentary beverages which we enjoyed. The travel sized toiletries were a welcome and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, as well as trash bags and dishwashing pods. 2 sets of washer/dryer (one at master bathroom, one at basement) made it easy to do laundry.
