-3 bed/2 bath (Sleeps 8 W/ 1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunks & Loft with Twin/Full)
-Renovated cottage on Keuka lake!
-12 wineries/breweries in 10 mile radius & great restaurants!
-40+ stairs from the road to the house. -Parking is limited.
-There is a $325 cleaning/septic fee. If you have more then 6 people and pets you must contact host first b/c there are additional fees $50per dog per night.
-Sea wall not complete but steps/dock functional
