The property is off the grid but if you have ever stayed on a boat or RV you will be fine. But if you forget something he did have a manual on how to work everything and he was always a text away. "My family , 4 of us - all adults, plus 2 medium sized dogs stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cute, very small - no electricity , port a potty . All that was ok, but it rained all weekend - so it was cramped . It would have been great if it hadnt rained .
