  • Newly painted, updated furnishing two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment above marina at Blind Bay NY. Has direct access to the St. Lawrence River. Easily launch and slip your boat. Trailer parking available. Beautiful views of Blind Bay. Air conditioning, internet, trash disposal all included. Exceptionally clean. Perfect for fishing trips. Marina is a functioning business with a small, quiet bar/bistro beneath. Peaceful weeknights/days and higher energy weekend evenings. Closes at 8p. We work very hard to make sure your stay is comfortable and that your lodging is clean. *2026 update: new flooring, new shower, repaired plumbing, new dishwasher, new washing machine! (We're still working very hard to make sure your stay is great)

Please log out of smart tv. Leave keys hanging beside the main entrance door. Left overs/extra food to be disposed of. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD/BEVERAGES IN REFRIDGERATOR. Dishes done please.
Settle up any remaining balance- contact me or leave cash/check and note in dropbox next to launch. Strip linens and collect soiled towels. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WET TOWELS ON BED/ LINENS.
Garbage/recyclables are to be taken out to dumpster. (Recyclables on side building). Please inform us of any new damages. EXTRA CHARGES MAY BE ADDED FOR CLEANING/REPAIR COSTS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
