On checkin, Reception was not at desk, no signage, a 15 minute wait, without an apology for the wait. On checkout, we left a day early, we were told there wouldn't be a refund for the third night. We were told: "Contact Expedia" when we had paid at the property. Her attitude did not invite us to ever return!

I certanily going to cut expedia loose. they do not know what going on we got booke in a hotel swarming with aunts, two hotels under construction ........that was on expedia.....expediambooked us a room in the Avery and the room was so small both of us could not be comfortable for two nights ....again on expedia...the hotel is vintage, is beautiful and has a geniune warmth to it with a taste of the past. The staff , without hesitation upgraded us to a beautiful room. This will be a place I will return to . The stAFF TOOK CARE OF ME, NOT EXPEDIA

I went to the snack bar and bought some fruit gummies when I opened the packed they were spoiled I took them downstairs and the staff did nothing to help they said it was a third party! I was very upset but that wasn’t even the horrible part I went to bed late with my Jammies on when I woke up and flipped the blankets I seen there was poop (dry) on my sheets! I told the staff the guy with a long ponytail and very tall laughed at me when I said that I even took a picture and showed him! They did nothing to help or reimburse any of my stay! I will never stay there again. Knowing that I layed on that all night is disgusting.
